$1 secures old courthouse for the community

Council has secured the old Armidale Courthouse as a public asset for the people of the Armidale region acquiring the building precinct from the NSW Government for $1.

The New England Volunteer Awards for 2023 were presented on Thursday 18 May in the Armidale Council Chambers with a record 29 nominations received.
