Community Satisfaction Survey
Satisfied residents are important to us. To help us better understand what matters to our community and to find out where we need to improve, we commissioned the Community Satisfaction Survey. Using an independent research firm, we are able to measure how satisfied local residents are with our services and facilities.
The survey identifies how residents rate our performance against 2016 baseline data. Findings are reported in the Customer Satisfaction Survey Report. The survey is designed to be repeatable in the future.
