Community Heritage Grants
A Community Heritage Fund has been established by Armidale Regional Council (ARC) with the aid of a grant from the NSW Heritage Office. The purpose of the Fund is to provide grants to assist owners of heritage items with heritage conservation work. If your property is listed as a heritage item in the ARC Local Environmental Plan 2012, you are eligible to apply for a heritage grant.
Eligible works to heritage listed properties includes repair, maintenance, and restoration of missing components. Examples of suitable projects could include work on the structure of the building, verandahs, roofing, wall cladding, fences, decorative detail, painting and stormwater drainage.
Grants are now open for funding up to $2000.
HOW TO APPLY
