Council holiday season closedown

Armidale and Guyra Civic Administration Building Closed from Monday 20 December reopening on Tuesday 4 January 2022. Phone 1300 136 833 for emergency requests. 

Development
Development Applications lodged through the NSW Planning Portal will not be assessed after 20 December 2021 until planning staff return on 4 January 2022.
Building Inspections will be occurring up to Friday 24 December 2022. Book an inspection via the council website or through the City Watch app. Inspections will recommence on 4 January 2022

Armidale and Guyra Waste Management Facilities
Closed Christmas Day only. Wollomombi WTS closed Christmas Day.
Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5pm (no entry after 4.45pm)
Weekends & Public Holidays 12 noon - 5pm (no entry after 4.45pm)
Kerbside collections services will operate as normal during the Christmas New Year period

Armidale and Guyra Libraries
Closed from Thursday 23 December, reopening on Tuesday 4 January. Online services available at www.armidaleregional.nsw.gov.au/libraries

Armidale Visitor Information Centre
Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Open during the holiday

Armidale Folk Museum
The museum will be closed from Saturday 25 December and will re-open on Friday 7 January 2022

Closed from Monday 20 December through to Thursday 6 January, reopening Friday 7 January 2022

Nicholii House 162 Bradley Street Guyra will close at 4pm Thursday 16 December 2021 and reopen 9am Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Armidale Volunteer Referral Service Closed from 4.30pm on Thursday 16 December and reopen at 9.30am on Tuesday 4 January 2022

New England Regional Companion Animal Shelter
Closed to the public from Monday 20 December. Reopening Tuesday 4 January 2022
