Tenders 

Period Contract for Cleaning Services as specified at the Armidale Regional Council Airport

RFT Number A2023/52

Armidale Regional Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision for the Supply of Cleaning Services as specified to the Armidale Regional Airport in accordance with the requirements identified in the Specification.

The period of the engagement will be three (3) period and options to extend for a period of two (2) x two (2) years at Council’s sole discretion the execution date of the contract, with an option to extend for another years at the sole discretion of the Council

A Non-Mandatory Tender briefing session will be held at Armidale Regional Airport, Main Entrance, at 9 Peter Monley Drive, Armidale NSW Details regarding this briefing session are as follows:

Site Address: Armidale Regional Airport, Main Entrance,9 Peter Monley Drive, Armidale NSW 2350

Date: Tuesday16 April 2024; Time: 4.30 pm

Ms Angela Garvey, ARC Manager Airport, will be available at that time to answer any tenderer’s queries regarding the RFT. Tenderers are to confirm with the Ms Garvey via email: agarvey@armidale.nsw.gov.au re their RSVP their intention to attend the briefing session. Attendance by tenderers is not mandatory.

Submissions for this Tender must be submitted by 5.00 pm on Tuesday 7h May 2024.

Armidale and Uralla Regional Drought Resilience Plan

RFQ Number A2024/08

Armidale Regional Council is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of a Regional Drought Resilience Plan in accordance with the requirements identified in the Specification.
The successful consultant will be required to design a drought resilience plan working collaboratively with both Armidale Regional Council, and Uralla Shire Council, local environmental groups, local Aboriginal communities, the agricultural sector, relevant NSW Government agencies, and the broader community to deliver a comprehensive, region-specific plan.

Armidale Regional Council - Roads Act 1993


Naming of Roads - Varley Court

Notice is hereby given that Armidale Regional Council, in pursuance of section 162 of the Roads Act 1993, has officially names the roads as showen hereunder:

Location: The approved subdivision at Old Gostwyck Road. The road starts at Old Gostwyck Road and heads east towards the rail corridor.

Name: Varley Court

Name to officially take effect from 8 December 2023.

Authorised by resolution of Council on November 2008.


Naming of Roads - Royal Street & Horse Road

Notice is hereby given that Armidale Regional Council, in pursuance of section 162 of the Roads Act, 1993 has officially named the roads as shown hereunder:

Location: In the Approved Northcott Street Subdivision heading in an easterly direction from Northcott Street being Lot 25 DP 531103, Armidale.

Name: Royal Street and Horse Road

Name to officially take effect from 19 December 2023

Authorized by resolution of Council on November 2008 


Naming Of Roads - Spud Road & Paul Street

 

Notice is hereby given that Armidale Regional Council, in pursuance of section 162 of the roads Act, 1993 has officially named the roads as shown hereunder: 

Location: In the Approved Niagara Street Subdivision heading is an easterly direction from Niagara Street being Lot 86 DP 865309, Armidale.

Name: Spud Road and Paul Street

Name to officially take effect from 19 December 2023
