Hillgrove Recreational Reserve (R1015948) Land Manager

 The Minister for Lands and Water is seeking nominations for board appointments to the Hillgrove Recreational Reserve (R1015948) Land Manager. Appointments are for up to five years and are voluntary. It is expected that members of the board live within or close to the reserve. Closing date for applications is 17 March 2023.

crown lands is looking for a good mix of people with a variety of skills, however, sound business and financial management skills and objective decision making expertise would be a distinct advantage.

Development Applications

DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL


Armidale Regional Council has received Development Application No. 12-2023 for The Construction of a 26 Lot Residential Subdivision.

The Development, which is not integrated development, is proposed at Lot 86 DP 865309 being, 1A Niagara Street Armidale.

UPG 367 Pty Ltd has lodged the Application and the Armidale Regional Council will be the Consent Authority.

The Application and supporting documentation may be inspected at Council’s Civic Administration Building, 135 Rusden Street Armidale between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded, or via Council’s online self service portal under ‘Applications on Notification’ until 23 February 2023.  Within this time, written submissions may be made and any objection to the proposal must state the grounds of objection.

Please note that under State legislation, any person making a submission on a Development Application must also disclose whether they or any “associate” have made a “reportable political donation” or gift to a local Councillor or Council employee within the period commencing two years before an submission is made and ending when that Application is determined.
