Provision of Building Trades Pre Qualified Suppliers to the Armidale Regional Council
Request for Tender - A2022/27
Armidale Regional Council (ARC) is seeking tender submissions from tradespersons based in the Council and New England Area for (various) Building Trades pre-qualified contractors for a two year period commencing July 2023 plus options to extend at Council’s sole discretion.
Proposals are to be submitted under the schedule of rates and terms and conditions set out in Council’s request for tender document and the proposal shall be in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender schedules.
Council has identified twelve (12) Categories of key trade services that it thinks will benefit from a structured approach in the development of a Prequalified Panel of Contractors as follows:
1. Electrical Services (Domestic, Solar and Industrial)
2. Plumbing Services (Domestic and Industrial)
3. Concreting Services
4. Pest Management (various)
5. Landscaping Services
6. Essential Services
7. Glazing Services
8. Painting Services
9. Fencing Services (Various, Gate repairs, supply and installation)
10. General Building Services (Building services, general works, bricklaying, rendering, plastering, tiling, scaffolding, asbestos assessment).
11. Air Conditioning Services
12. Signwriting Services (non regulatory, promotional products)
Additionally, Council will be organizing Supplier information sessions in Guyra and Armidale Locations during the tender period.

Sewer and Stormwater Pipe Relining

Public Tenders are called for experienced and qualified contractors for Relining of Council’s Sewer and Stormwater Pipe on behalf of the Armidale Regional Council.

Submissions are invited for a fee and project delivery proposal to provide to Armidale Regional Council for the Relining of Council’s Sewer and Stormwater Pipes.
This project will incorporate the Relining of Council’s Sewer and Stormwater Pipes in accordance with the conditions outlined in the tender documentation.
The proposal is to be submitted under the terms and conditions set out in Council’s request document and the proposal shall be in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender schedules.
