This class involves a basic choreographed aerobic workout and having fun. Burning calories, improving flexibility and toning-up and having fun just happen to be the benefits. Leave your worries at the door, engage and improve your motor skills and learn some aerobic moves. If you've fancy learning some basic choreographed routines low impact aerobics is for you. Don't worry if you have two left feet, that's not important. You just need to be up for a laugh, while having a good workout among friends. If you suffer from back pain or joint problems, stress or anxiety, you'll love what our low impact aerobics classes do for body and mind. (Note: Low Impact Aerobics/New Body - optional small hand weights used for muscle endurance & toning)
