This form is to be used by agent and property owners only.

(If you are a tenant, please ensure either your agent, or the property owner completes this form).

FOR REPLACEMENT RED-LID OR GREEN-LID BINS,  please call the Waste Hotline on 1300 136 322.

Additional and replacement recycling crates can be collected from the Armidale Waste Management Facility, or Guyra Waste Management Transfer Station.

Please note that additional recycling crates will be provided at a fee.
