2018/2019 Community Small Grants - Applications now open
The Armidale Regional Council’s 2018/2019 Community Small Grants Program is open until Friday 5 October.
Council can provide assistance through the small grants program for applicants seeking up to $1000. Local not-for-profit organisations are encouraged to apply, however, Council would like to remind the community that not-for-profit groups who already receive regular funding from Council are ineligible to apply for a Community Small Grant.
The aim of the Community Small Grants Program is to:
- provide support for local programs or initiatives which are considered beneficial to the community and which address community needs
- support the development of special initiatives or programs which demonstrate community cooperation between a number of local groups and organisations

Sports Council Small Grants
Sports Council Small grants are provided to residents of the Armidale
Regional Local Government Area who may need assistance to attend state,
federal or international sporting events.
Applications from Individuals may be considered by the Sports Council
executive at any time however all decisions will be endorsed at the
following meeting of the Sports Council. Applicants can apply for up to
$250 per calendar year. Only one application per applicant will be
considered in the same financial year.
Applications must be made on the Sports Council Small Grant
Application form which may be downloaded below. Applicants should
consult the funding guidelines outlined within the application form.
All grants must be acquitted and applicants must be members of the
Armidale Sports Council.
