If you are wanting to borrow material from another library, you will need to fill out this form. Due to the current COVID-19 situation causing some libraries to close, there may be a delay in interlibrary loan requests being fulfilled.

Please note: This form is for the request of a single item. Requests for multiple items must be made by completing a new form.

Fees apply and are payable upon collection.
