If you would like a copy of pages from a text such as a magazine, newspaper, book or journal article, you will need to fill out this form.

Please note: you can only request one item per form. To request multiple items, you will need to complete a new form for each.

Fees apply and are to be paid on collection.

Interlibrary copy request fees:

I agree to pay $5.50 per item on collection.*

If the item needs to be obtained from a library that charges extra, I agree to pay an additional $19.70 for the first 25 pages copied and $4.60 for each additional 25 pages (or part thereof).

Copyright declaration:
Any requests for copies must be in accordance with the Australian Copyright Act, 1968.
When you request copies you are agreeing to the rules and regulations of this Act.

Generally, requests for copies must be limited to:

One article per issue of a periodical.
Two or more articles per issue if those articles are on exactly the same subject.
10% or only one chapter of a published work.

I declare that I require the copies for the purpose of research and study and I will not use it for any other purpose, and I have not previously been supplied with a reproduction of the same material. In the event my request is for more than one article from the same issue of a periodical, I declare that each article is for the same research or course of study.*
