Experience virtual reality, build amazing LEGO creations or join us for school holiday activities - kids and young people can enjoy a wide range of activities, services and activities at Armidale Regional Library, as well as our online services.

All regular activities at Armidale Regional Library's two locations are on hold while the buildings are closed to the public to protect the health of staff and community members during the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, the library continues to offer a range of online services suitable for children and young people, including sites especially for kids. Visit our Digital & Online Services page.

We will announce when kid's activities resume at the library's two locations.

School holiday activities

Activities will be posted closer to the school holiday period.

Regular activities

(no bookings required)

For children 0-5 years. Designed to develop a love of reading and sound recognition.
A great way for children to play and meet new people.
Armidale library: Tuesdays 10.30am to 11.30am (during school terms) in Kids & Youth area.
Guyra library: Mondays at 11am.
