Section 68 applications can be lodged online through the NSW Planning Portal or lodged over the counter at Council's customer service desk. You will need to complete the relevant s68 form from the list below and attach to your application.
Section 68 of the Local Government Act 1993 specifies a range of activities where approvals are required to be obtained only from council.
The following forms can be completed and emailed to council@armidale.nsw.gov.au or dropped into either administration building to be registered:
